Shipping policy

All estimated shipping dates are provided by third-party shipping services such as USPS and UPS. These estimates are subject to the operational schedules and reliability of these carriers.

Completion of Transaction

Once an item is marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier, Elderwise Organics considers the transaction complete. We are not liable for any issues that arise after the item has been delivered, such as inability to locate the delivered item or theft.

Address Verification

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate and verified. Elderwise Organics is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or unverified addresses.

Shipping Timeline

Orders that have been confirmed and cleared for shipment will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
