Return and Cancellation Policy

Returns

• Please initiate contact within 3 days of receiving your delivery if you wish to return the product.
• Return the item(s) to us within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, with seals intact.

Cancellations

• You may request a cancellation any time before your item has been dispatched from our facility.

Refunds

• Full refunds will be provided for items that are returned unopened and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If the item meets our return criteria, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
